The purpose of the meeting is to understand your expectations regarding the designed space.
We discuss the interior style and its purpose. We determine the scope of work and the approximate budget.

The visualizations feature furniture available in stores, to which you will receive links. Kitchen<\/strong>

We prepare<\/strong> detailed drawings for contractors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– dimensioned floor plans;
– electrical plans;
– ceiling plans, including dimensions of lighting fixtures, selected lighting with links to products;
– construction plan, including plumbing layout, wall layout, and any alterations;
– floor plan specifying the type of flooring, skirting boards, and square footage;
– cross-sections, wall views;
– drawings of fixtures for carpenters (technical furniture designs);
– bathroom designs with a drawn layout of tiles, calculated quantities of tiles, links to products;
– detailed kitchen design with detailed descriptions of materials and dimensions for carpenters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A detailed shopping list containing all items used in the arrangement, along with links and product prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer receives two printed copies of the design<\/strong> and a complete set of technical documentation in PDF format for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revisions:<\/strong> typically 1 round of executive revisions included in the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer receives offers prepared by specialist companies with which it has been cooperating for years:
companies dealing with doors, floors, lighting, fittings, ceramics, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer receives an offer from a recommended renovation team.
The customer receives an offer from a recommended carpentry company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the client wants to receive more offers, I help collect alternative quotes from contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

List of offers, completion dates, purchase schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optional:<\/strong> the designer acts as a substitute investor\/purchasing coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curtains \u2013 selection of fabrics on site or in a selected store, advice on accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope:<\/strong> determined in the contract (e.g., number of visits per month or fixed fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

:<\/strong>construction work is not usually carried out by the designer (unless it is a comprehensive service including execution).
