Initial contact

The first online conversation lasts about 2 hours (phone, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). The purpose of the meeting is to understand your expectations regarding the designed space. We discuss the style of the interior and its purpose. We determine the scope of work and the approximate budget.

We discuss each room separately and what the client would like to have in it.

What the client should prepare for the start: Floor plans of the apartment/house in PDF format, style preferences, optional photos of the space.

Signing the agreement – discussing the terms of cooperation

Remote inventory

We provide instructions for the customer on how to take measurements and photos of the interior, or a floor plan in PDF format of the given property.

We develop a design based on the submitted floor plan.

Project brief and mood board

This stage involves preparing a brief confirming the client's expectations, a mood board (mood, color palette, material suggestions).

Aims to better understand customer expectations 

Revisions: usually 1–2 included in the price.

Functional concept (2D layout)

Proposals for functional solutions — furniture layouts, zones, layout options (usually 1–2 options).

2D functional projections, description of solutions.

What the customer does: selects an option and submits comments.

Revisions: 1–3 included in the price.

Conceptual design / 3D visualizations

Photorealistic visualizations of the main rooms, taking into account your preferences and inspirations, with a visible overview of selected materials and furniture.

The visualizations feature furniture available in stores, to which you will receive links.

Kitchen visualization – takes into account existing fronts on the Polish market and countertops available from carpenters or stonemasons.

Bathroom visualization – presents the design with visible tile materials and fittings available on the Polish market

Detailed design / technical documentation

We prepare detailed drawings for contractors: 

dimensioned floor plans of rooms, 

electrical plans, 

ceiling plans, including lighting fixture dimensions, selected lighting with product links 

construction plan, including the layout of the plumbing system, wall system, and any alterations

floor plan specifying the type of flooring and skirting boards, including square footage

cross-sections, wall views, 

drawings of structures for carpenters (technical designs of furniture)

bathroom designs with tile layout drawings, calculated tile quantities, links to products

detailed kitchen design with detailed descriptions of materials and dimensions for carpenters

A detailed shopping list containing all the items used in the arrangement, along with links and product prices.

The customer receives two printed copies of the design and a complete set of technical documentation in PDF format for implementation.

Revisions: typically 1 round of executive revisions included in the price.

Photo shoot

Includes a professional photo shoot at the customer's request (optional)

Finally, the client receives 15-20 photos that they can use when selling the property.

The customer is exempt from all fees for the photo session.
