Area: 140m2
The apartment is located in a newly built development in the center of Gdynia, Art Deco. The layout of the partition walls has been transformed and the functions of the rooms changed, making the apartment much more spacious. In the central part of the apartment, there is a kitchen with an unusual, modern form. The main goal of the investor was to create a bright, spacious apartment, which led to the use of polyurethane screeds on the floors. This solution, together with the use of underfloor heating, works perfectly, and the household members love walking barefoot. The whole space is enlivened by turquoise accessories and photos with sea views. The project was carried out under the author's supervision.

The interior design of the apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette, a study, a dressing room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All rooms are based on a light color scheme. The white walls and built-in furniture are warmed up with beige accessories. The living room design is further warmed up by the use of curtains on the walls.
