Area: 100m2

The interior design of the apartment was created for a family of 2+2 in the BMC – ORO Oliwa housing estate, the golden center of the Tri-City. This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the Tri-City with a view of the forest. It has four rooms, a large open living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and a 50 m² roof terrace. Upon entering the apartment, we are greeted by an open space with large windows. The interior design is based on a combination of light grays and warm wood tones. Wood is a natural material that is pleasant to the touch. It can be found on the floor, in the dining area in the form of a wooden table top, and in the kitchen area on the peninsula and in the cabinets. An additional decorative element is the wooden slats used on the TV wall and on the side of the peninsula. As wood is a common element in all rooms, we can also find it on the furniture in the bedroom, hallway, and study, as well as in the bathrooms, where it contrasts beautifully with the graphite tiles. The bedroom is an oasis where the main element of the interior decoration is the quilted headboard, which extends to the ceiling with decorative gold lamps on either side. We managed to arrange a cozy corner with open bookshelves and an armchair where you can relax after a hard day's work. The owners wanted all the rooms to be stylistically consistent, which is why the bathrooms match the color scheme of the rest of the apartment. The guest bathroom has a washing machine and dryer in a tall wooden cabinet and a spacious shower. The second bathroom is located in the bedroom area and is used only by the owners, which is a very comfortable solution. Photos: Krzysztof Rudek and Jakub Depka
