The flat was designed for a young couple. Customers wanted to be in a modern spirit with the use of bright colors, bleached oak, a large amount of white with accents of color and interesting additions in the form of modern furniture and lamps with an interesting form.
This layout perfectly meets the needs of someone working from home, providing a comfortable space for both work and relaxation. The kitchen, separate from the rest of the apartment, exudes tranquility with its use of light beige fronts and countertop, as well as wooden lower cabinets. This choice of colors and materials, including floor tiles, creates a harmonious space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As the kitchen is open to the hallway, it was important for me to ensure that its color scheme is consistent with the rest of the living area.In the bedroom, I opted for a green accent wall, which research shows is most beneficial for calming and relaxation, while the remaining walls and high cabinetry in beige tones maintain consistency with the rest of the apartment. This creates an ideal retreat for unwinding after a long day. In the hallway, I designed a large storage unit with practical storage solutions in mind. The spacious wardrobe accommodates jackets and includes an organizational section as well as a niche with a shelf for keys. The flooring in the hallway and part of the kitchen is finished with elegant sand-colored tiles, adding a modern touch to the interior.
